Personality: A Jolly Fellow, Easy to Get A Long With, and A Favourite of the Ladies. He is A Smooth Talker, Usually Able To Get Out of Trouble With Just a Few Words, and If Not, A Trick of "The Light".

Family: He has a Father, Mother and Brother all living in the Capitol.

Other information: Jeremiah Weaver, born a twin to his brother, but five minutes afterwards. After living a pretty normal life, he wasn't chosen to take on the family business of weaving, and as of such, his maternal grandfather asked him to come work with him as a scribe, after a few years he was then the new historian, as his grandfather had passed away. He grew tired of sitting around reading and translating, sohe left and learnt how to play the lute, and became a bard, telling tales of old battles past, and legendary heroes. Now he wanders with a travelling troupe of entertainers, living of what he makes from his performances.
